Dear Ai Companies,
I am writing to formally request that Ai Companies, along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners (hereinafter collectively referred to as "your companies"), immediately cease and desist from any and all activities that infringe upon my personal privacy and data rights. It has come to my attention that your companies have engaged in practices that involve the unauthorized collection, processing, and dissemination of my personal data, which I have neither consented to nor authorized.
The activities conducted by your companies are in direct violation of [applicable laws and regulations, e.g., General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), etc.], which are designed to protect the privacy and data rights of individuals. Your companies actions have caused, and continue to cause, significant distress, harm, and inconvenience to me.
Specifically, I demand that your companies take the following actions with immediate effect:
Cease all processing and use of my personal data that has been obtained without explicit consent.
Provide a complete account of all personal data that your company has collected about me, including the sources from which this data was obtained and the purposes for which it has been used.
Delete all personal data related to me from your company's records and confirm in writing that this has been done.
Refrain from any future collection, processing, or dissemination of my personal data without obtaining my explicit and informed consent.
Please consider this letter as a formal notice to rectify the aforementioned unauthorized activities and to comply with the legal obligations pertaining to data privacy and protection. Failure to comply with this request will leave me with no option but to take further legal action to protect my rights.
I expect a written response from your company within 24-48 hours of receipt of this letter (given it's been ongoing 5 to 7 months with your knowledge), confirming the actions taken to address these concerns. Please send your response to nshah90210@gmail.com.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Nik Shah
